Registering and creating a new account
Read the following steps carefully then click here to register and view account
* Click on My Account/Register
* Click the link above and a new window will open that is pink and says “Customer Access”. You can choose to View Available Classes or New Student/Account
* Click on the one that you would like. You can view the classes without having to register. After you start the registration process the classes will be available to view again.
* When you are ready to register, click on New Student/Account. The parent is the account name and the dancer is the student’s name.
* You will enter your name and email at the next screen, and create a user name and password.
* The next screens will have you agree to the software use and Dance Image Studios policies.
* The next screen will be to add more information and confirm your password.
* The next step is to enter your credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. You must complete the registration process before any transactions take place on your credit card. Within 24 hours of you submitting your registration, the $10 registration fee will be charged to your credit card. You also have the choice to sign up for automatic payments. They will be deducted on the first of each month, from September thru May. After the registration fee is charged, only tuition is debited from your card each month. You may choose a different day of the month to have your account debited if you wish. Just send the office an email or you will have the chance to add a note at the end of the process for the office. You are not required to have your tuition automatically paid unless you are on the competition team.
* The next step is to add your student/dancer. Each student must be entered separately. You will also select which classes your dancer would like to attend. A list of available classes will be visible for you to select from.
* Once all your information has been entered, you will finish your portion of the registration process.
* At this point, an email message is sent to the office that you have a pending registration. The office manager will receive this and process it within 24 hours. At
that time, your account will confirmed. Your credit/debit card will be charged the $10 registration for each child that is registering. A receipt will be emailed to you for your payment. In a separate email, you will receive confirmation of your account, student, and classes. You are not done with registration! We are excited to have your dancer be a part of Dance Image Studios.
