Black pants, shorts, or capris
Form fitted white, teal, or black top (a studio shirt is always acceptable)
Preschool, Kindergarten, and 1st grade may wear a leotard and tights, unitard or fitted shorts and a form fitted top.
Hair must be pulled back and secured away from the face of the dancer
Proper footwear
Preschool through 1st grade is pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes
2nd grade through adult tan jazz shoe and black tap shoe (unless otherwise directed by teacher)
Dance Image Studios communicates via email. A valid email address must be maintained by the studio in order for you to receive account statements, newsletters, and other information.
Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. If tuition is not received by the 10th of each month $25.00 late fee will be added to your account on the 11th. NO EXCEPTIONS
Tuition is a yearly tuition divided into 9 monthly payments. Monthly tuition is due for each month without regard to the number of lessons in a month, as there are some months that have 5 weeks and others that are shorter due to holiday. Full tuition is due even if a student chooses not to attend. A ‘drop form’ may be filled out and given to the office to cancel your tuition. You will still be responsible for the full month of tuition whether you complete the month or not.
Preferred payment method is credit/debit card, cash or check. In addition to tuition there will be costume and recital fees. A costume deposit of $50.00 is due by October 31st and the balance will be required in February.
A recital fee is due on April 1st, notification of the cost of this fee will be announced by February 1st.
A valid credit card is required to be one file with Dance Image Studios at all times for all accounts, this however does not mean automatic tuition deduction.
You may pay at the studio before and after each class. You may pay online through your account access, or you may choose to have your credit/debit card charged each month automatically for you tuition.
COMPETITION TEAM MEMBERS are REQUIRED to maintain a valid credit card and MUST be enrolled in automatic payments. Tuition will be deducted on the 1st of each month unless other arrangements are made with the studio manager.
If tuition is not received for 2 consecutive months, the student will only be allowed to observe the class and will not be allowed to participate until the tuition is brought current.
If accounts are not paid in full at the time of the recital, the credit card on file WILL BE CHARGED for the full owed balance. An additional $25.00 fee will be added to your account to cover the cost of the office work involved in handling the past due account.
There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned checks, and a $20.00 fee will be added to an account if a credit/debit card is declined.
Late fees and declined payment fees are NON REFUNDABLE
